In addition to music production, FM Sound Studios also provides ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement), voiceover recording, and sound design for film, television, and commercials. We also offer engineering consulting services, including studio sessions at outside facilities and sound system optimization for churches, events, and multi-use venues.

Whether you’re an emerging artist laying your first track, a seasoned band finishing an album, or a filmmaker seeking original score or sync music, FM Sound offers full-service recording, mixing, mastering, and creative audio production. Trusted by artists like Corey McCoy (Spinning Wheels), Wreccless (Day of Wrecconing), Cashalotti, and progressive folk-rock band Looking Up (Allison’s Thoughts), FM Sound Studios bridges local talent with global sound.

We don’t just record music — we develop lasting partnerships, sync opportunities, and unforgettable records.

Fatmat 2.0

Producer | Engineer | Founder of FM Sound Studios and Music

Fatmat 2.0 is a music producer, recording engineer, and the founder of FM Sound Studios and Music in Moreno Valley, CA. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Fatmat 2.0 has built a reputation for crafting powerful, emotionally resonant records across genres—ranging from outlaw country and rap to progressive folk-rock and ethereal jazz-trap hybrids made for sync licensing.

His journey in music began long before the studio walls were built. Growing up, music was more than a soundtrack—it was a refuge. Whether through old-school rap, classic rock, or cinematic scores, Fatmat 2.0 found emotional clarity and healing through sound. That passion led him to begin recording and producing with the legendary Inland Empire group the Siccos—which included Joka Loc, Gangsta-O, Skinny Pimp, Bang Loc, Syke Kill, Fiva Dos, Yung Cashis, and Wreccless. What started as collaboration among brothers turned into the foundation of a lifelong career in music production.

Early in his development, Fatmat 2.0 was mentored by Dean “The Machine Machine” Johnson at Monster Studios in Perris, CA—a true West Coast pioneer who helped shape his analog engineering technique and signature funk-infused sound. Under Dean’s guidance, he learned the discipline of hands-on mixing, signal path logic, and vintage studio craft on analog gear that still anchors in his workflow today.

He continued to evolve his craft with Murda Gang, working alongside Trigg, Capone, and fellow Siccos members, gaining deeper experience in beat production, song arrangement, and full-scale recording. These early days cemented his signature style: raw, honest, and full of energy and emotion.

With over a decade of studio experience and a mastery of both analog and digital production, Fatmat 2.0 has produced and mixed projects showcased at iconic venues like the L.A. Memorial Coliseum and events like Rhymefest. Known for his collaborative, artist-first approach, he brings a sharp ear and deep musicality to every session—whether it’s tracking blistering guitar solos, dialing in tight vocal takes, or sculpting cinematic mixes.

Recent work includes Spinning Wheels by Corey McCoy, Day of Wrecconing by Wreccless, Coming Up for Air with composer David Nielsen, and Allison’s Thoughts by progressive folk-rock band Looking Up. Through FM Sound Studios, Fatmat 2.0 also composes and produces original music for film, television, and commercials.

Driven by a passion for storytelling, artistic integrity, and sonic excellence, Fatmat 2.0 continues to pour emotion, precision, and soul into everything he creates.
